In 2015, Tyler spearheaded HubSpot's current implementation process, which consists of helping each customer launch a full inbound campaign in 90 days. Every campaign is different, but focus on social media, growing site traffic, converting leads, and nurturing qualified contacts.
Throughout his time at HubSpot, he has also been an active public speaker, speaking at Inbound 2014 & 2015, plus several other conferences and HubSpot User Groups.
Tyler currently manages a team of implementation specialists in HubSpot's Cambridge, MA, headquarters and oversees the onboarding of hundreds of companies of all sizes. He continues to keep customer service at the top of his priority list, and works to help his team facilitate growth of every company they work with. Outside of work, his focuses are traveling, sports, and spending time with his wife Katie and dog Gunner.
